%X This paper briefly discusses the socio-economic condition of Shankarpur on the basis of primary data collection. With the help of secondary data physical features and the economic status are also analysed in this paper. Physical components like rainfall, temperature, drainage, soil, vegetation etc. are clearly shown on diagrams and photographs. This paper discusses the different types of factors that influence the demographic condition of Shankarpur. The social and economic condition are depended to each other. You may understand how these two factors (social and economic condition) affect the well-beings of people. Shankarpur is located in the coastal area so the people of Shankarpur depend on agriculture very much. In this paper types of agriculture, problem related agriculture etc. are also analysed. Shankarpur is a fishing harbour, so fishing also has a great impact on people, since many people depend on fishing. The fishing related small scale industry is an opportunity of people to earn money. So this paper analyses the influence of the fishing industry on the economic condition of Shankarpur. Besides, the reader is provided with other fishing related information in this paper. Health is a great concern, too, so health and hygiene of Shankarpur are also analysed in this paper.
